Centre for Leadership Performance is a Cumbria-based organisation focused on developing leadership skills and supporting young people and professionals through innovative programmes and partnerships with businesses across the region.

George worked with them on a project in 2025 and has since become their trusted content partner — filming events, projects and key case studies that help demonstrate impact and support future investment. The relationship has grown into an ongoing collaboration across multiple projects, including coverage of the organisation's Leading Change programme and Dream Placement Weeks.
