Centre for Leadership Performance is a Cumbria-based organisation focused on developing leadership skills and supporting young people and professionals through innovative programmes and partnerships with businesses across the region.

George was initially approached to film their Dream Placement Selection Event in late 2025, capturing the energy and ambition of students as they took part in the process.

Following this, the relationship has developed into an ongoing collaboration across multiple projects, including coverage of the organisation’s Leading Change programme. More recently, George produced a film for their latest Dream Placement Week, created for a celebration event bringing together students and host companies. The film showcases the breadth of experiences and opportunities students engaged in throughout their placements, helping to highlight the impact of the programme.

Through this continued work, George supports the Centre for Leadership Performance in creating engaging, story-led content that connects people, celebrates achievement, and communicates the value of their programmes.
